    • Consider consulting with security professionals or hiring a security firm to assist in your security planning and Implementation.
  • Vulnerability Assessment:

Staff Training And Supervision

  • Supervision Guidelines:
    • Implement clear supervision guidelines, such as the “Rule of Three” (no fewer than three people present during activities.
  • Supervision:
    • Ensure staff are properly trained in safety procedures, and are vigilant in supervising campers.
  • “6/2” Rule (Church Camps):
    • Consider implementing the “6/2” rule, which requires adult volunteers to have been church members for at least six months and prohibits minors from being alone with just one adult.
